Welcome to S2 Properties where we offer quality student and professional accommodation in the Sheffield S2 area, all in close proximity to Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Train Station and the City Centre.

We are a small property company with 10 years of experience in renting to students and professionals. We own and manage all of our properties and so personally take great pride in offering well looked after homes as well as a friendly and efficient customer service for our tenants.

All of our houses are finished to the highest standard and are very well maintained so you can rest assured you'll be comfortable during your time with us and can focus on your studies as well as enjoy this beautiful city!
